Platform commission (per category rate) is deducted from the advance amount.

Net amount settled

Net amount (advance minus commission) is initiated to your registered bank account.

Payout received

Payout lands in your bank account within 3–5 working days of booking confirmation.

Pricing questions

Is listing on Aayojan really free?

Yes. You can create a complete business profile, receive quote requests, chat with customers and manage bookings entirely for free. Premium plans are optional add-ons for extra visibility.

When does Aayojan charge commission?

Commission is charged only when a customer pays an advance through the platform to confirm a booking with you. If a customer contacts you and pays offline, no commission applies.

How are payouts processed?

Once a booking advance is received, Aayojan deducts the platform commission and Razorpay payment gateway charges, then initiates a payout to your registered bank account within 3–5 working days.

Can I upgrade or downgrade plans?

Yes. You can upgrade to Growth or Premium at any time from your vendor dashboard. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.

Are there any hidden charges?

No. The commission rates shown above are the only charges applied to booking payments. The monthly plan fee (Growth/Premium) and commission are the only costs.

What payment methods are accepted for plan fees?

Plan subscription fees are charged via UPI, credit card, debit card or net banking through Razorpay — the same secure payment system used for customer bookings.
